NaMLab was founded in 2006 as a public-private partnership between Qimonda Dresden GmbH and TU Dresden. NaMLab’s research contributes to solving the main challenges of our future society with respect to climate change, digitalisation and mobility, by placing sustainable, secure and intelligent electronic solutions into the core focus. One of the main research areas of NaMLab is ferroelectric hafnia, with projects ranging from materials fabrication and characterisation up to circuit- and systems-level modelling and simulation of ferroelectric devices. Located next to the campus of the TU Dresden, NaMLab collaborates with many universities and companies, nationally and globally, forming a bridge between academia and industry in Germany.
