Ferrofutures Funded
A consortium led by the University of Bordeaux (Cristell Maneux), including CEA Iramis, CEA Leti, CEA LIST, IM2NP and ECL has obtained four-year funding for the development of BEoL FeRAM hafnia-based technologies for real-time edge data processing (data merging, filtering, anomaly screening) using a compute in memory architecture in a micro-controller unit. The project will embrace materials optimisation, circuit design and system architectures.
