Ferro4EdgeAI at CMD31 2024

Ferro4EdgeAI participated at the General Conference of the Condensed Matter Division, in Brava, Portugal. The European Physical Society is a colloquium on ‘Emergent Ferroelectrics’, aiming to bring together researchers looking at different ferroelectric materials including HfO2, AlScN or 2D ferroelectrics.

There were talks from Ferro4EdgeAI researchers Bertrand Vilquin (Deposition optimization, infrared spectroscopy and ab initio simulations of ferroelectric HfZrO2 thin films) and Suzanne Lancaster (Multilevel switching in ferroelectric hafnia capacitors and tunnel junctions).

Two works by Ferro4EdgeAI co-authors, from Lucas Rhetat (A Ferroelectric-based Non-Volatile SRAM Optimized for Critical Embedded Systems) and Grégoire Magagnin (High energy storage antiferroelectric fluorite nanosupercapacitors) were presented.
